Carmen Mary Ruiz, 79, passed away on August 6th, 2017. She was born on September 28, 1937 in Denver, Colorado to Frances and Joe Mondragon who preceded her in death along with her beloved son Robert. She is survived by her siblings Nash, John, Annabelle, George, Mabel, Josephine, Rose and Alice; her children Richard, Marie (Bob), Raymond (Lori), Ralph (Lisa), Regina, and Rudy (Julie) who have blessed Carmen with many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Carmen spent most of her life raising her children and caring for children of family and friends. She enjoyed having her home filled with laughter and enjoyed cooking for whoever entered. Carmen loved being in the mountains and especially loved fishing. One of her favorite fishing spots was Georgetown, Colorado.
A memorial service for Carmen will be held at Harvest Fellowship located at 11401 E 160th Avenue, Brighton, CO 80602 on Sunday August 20, 2017 from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
