Luverne Edna Krueger, nee Michelson, passed away in Denver, Colorado on December 9, 2017. Luverne was born on January 1, 1929 in Martin, North Dakota to Conrad and Christeen Michelson. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband the Reverend Robert George Krueger; and brothers the Reverend Lorenz (Laverne) Michelson of Walnut Creek, California, Robert (Frieda) Michelson of Lodi, California, and Victor (Joy) Michelson of Watertown, South Dakota. Luverne is survived by her children Terrilyn Jan Krueger of South Haven, Michigan, Robert George (Janet Decker) Krueger Jr of Lowell, Michigan, David Jay (Linda) Krueger of Alto, Michigan, Timothy Jon (MB) Krueger of Denver, Colorado, and Paula Joanne (Stuart Decker) Krueger of Fort Collins, Colorado; siblings Florence Frueh of Bismarck, North Dakota, Marvin (Mary Ann) Michelson of Martin, North Dakota, Shirley (Deene) Horn of Prairie, Minnesota, and Jean (Larry) Peterson of Moorhead, Minnesota; nine grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at three o'clock in the afternoon on January 13, 2018 at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 2015 Glenarm Place, Denver, Colorado 80205. In lieu of flowers please make memorial gifts to St. Martin's Chamber Choir, or St. Andrew's Episcopal Church
